One of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. You get a sweeping view of Hanalei Bay from the entire main floor of the hotel, including the restaurant and infinity pool. The staff members were all very friendly and attentive to any requests, and the rooms were totally comfortable and modern. The gym was incredible, and there are a bunch of free classes that we took advantage of and really enjoyed.
And if you're a plant lover like me, I have certainly never seen anywhere as nicely landscaped as this hotel, both inside and out. The entire feel of the place was magical.

Very clean. Peaceful. Daily yoga, grab and go breakfast and bike rentals included. Bikes were great, in good condition and comfortable. Bull shed was delicious.

Princeville is a quiet town and takes a while to get to from many of the island attractions like the canyon, airport, and boat tours. So plan accordingly if you have plans on that side of the island.

The location was perfect for us. Grocery store nearby was fabulous. Went to Saturday market. The view of the ocean was so relaxing didn’t even want to leave the condo some days we ate it only food trucks. We had so much fun discovering them.

Princeville as an area of Kauai is great.
Princeville as an area of Kauai is great. But your facility, not so great! We went to another hotel for our last 3 days of our 7 days in Kauai because of the reviews we read online prior to our purchase, because of the reviews we read before we booked with you. we wanted the view of Hanalei Bay/Bali Hai. It was poor at best. If your explanation of the property, logistics, and other buildings had very good views I'd have chosen those. I asked the hosts there if I could book directly with them so I could choose the building and orientation I wanted and they said no. Unless I could do that with VACASA I wouldn't come back.

The only problem with Princeville was the Booking.com description of the room. Booking.com did not allow pictures of the pool or landscape outside the complex and did not disclose the loft situation inside the condo. The Host was great and they tried to make the condo very nice but the location of the condo and the state of the condo was overly disappointing. We stay in Princeville all the time the area was not the disappointment it was the condition of the building, the workers putting on a new roof, no privacy to sit outside,
we love Tunnels Beach
Anini Beach, the beauty of the North Shore.

We had to drive to the beaches. Traffic was heavy by the condo, even at night. The sofa bed was horrible and should be replaced. Just not a great place to stay, and after not being able to get in, let alone earlier than 4, it was a disappointment.

Princeville is a resort community and is conceived as an earthly paradise. In some ways it is almost too perfect. If you are a golfer this must be heaven. The town is punctuated by rolling greenery and idyllic landscapes. My only criticism is that all commercial services require a car ride to obtain anything but it remains stunning for the eyes.
This condo was gorgeous! The photos really don’t do it Justice. It was so well appointed w furniture and furnishings. Awesome huge walk in shower. Great beds. Stunning ocean view and sunsets. Steps to the pool. In a beautiful part of Princeville. This place was just absolutely top notch! Very quite and exclusive area. The pool over looking the ocean was so beautiful.
Had a relaxing family stay in this spacious private apartment fully equipped with all amenities. Plenty of space for four people, private parking, umbrella, seats, towels and toys for the beach to use, veranda, a shared small pool for quick dips. Great bookshelf. Supermarkets are not too far away.
Gorgeous view of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai (I think). Short but steep walk to quiet protected beach and good snorkeling. Plenty of utensils, plates, bowls. AC works well. Convenient ground floor for older guests. The guys maintaining the grounds and driving the golf carts were pretty nice.
The home was both comfortable and beautiful. We especially appreciated a private bathroom for each bedroom as well as the spacious balcony/patio. We ate all meals outside and it was wonderful! We were grateful for the fans in two of the bedrooms as they didn’t have air conditioning.
Nice Resort but didn’t spend my days here. If you’re visiting and planning on exploring Hanalei, there is no need to stay at this resort since you’ll be up and about. They even charge you a resort fee on top of what you pay for booking. Consider other options!
Great location and a really spacious condo! It was comfortable and had everything you need with a well equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer.
Close to restaurants and shops and it is right next to the path that takes you down to a lovely secluded beach.
Plenty of space in the room. The deck was a bonus and the kitchenette was fully stocked. A staffer helped us with the TV (no explanation in room to which remote to use). Free parking, which should be the case at all the resorts (but not at the Westin).
Propetry is the very best in Princeville. Views are incredible. Lobby is beautiful. Staff are friendly and attentive. Unit was excellent. LOVED the atmosphere and entertainment at Happy Talk.....icing on the cake!
Great location in Princeville. It was a perfect size for our family of five- three boys plus mom and dad. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Having three bathrooms was great!
Spacious, nice balcony, calm, close to Princeville beaches (there is no closer parking in Princeville so it’s very practical). Microwave, coffee machine.
