The old city was interesting to explore with so much of the old walls still intact. You can see the sites in one day.

Beautiful storybook-like old town. Great food everywhere.
Beautiful storybook-like old town. Great food everywhere. Our faves were the churros and carcamusas. If walking is not for you, there's a cute train that you can ride to see the highlights without having to walk up and down the cobbled streets.

Cathedral visit is essential, people were very friendly (except when driving), good eating including a few upscale gems, fun to get lost in winding streets, only to find you are a minute from where you started.

The city is beautiful.
The city is beautiful. The sites however aren't much to look at. The only two really worth it was the cathedral and the jesuit church. For example, the synagogue, you enter and you've seen it all. That was a recurrent theme in all our visits. You could see a site in two minutes. The Alcazar was closed except for the military museum part of it. Not much to see

Incredible city and cathedral that everyone should visit.
Incredible city and cathedral that everyone should visit.
Don't even think about driving into the old town. Park in one of the huge underground parking lots near the old town and walk or take a cab.

Beautiful, historic city.
Beautiful, historic city. Very walkable and views everywhere. Every corner exposed something new and amazing. Great restaurants. The cathedrals were amazing, I didn't have time to get to Greco... regret that but I'll be back!
Although not in the town centre, the location is perfect as it you get stunning views from up on the hill of the entire town including the central castle. This is the best part. The hotel is very pretty with nice rooms and good air conditioning. Parking is secure with a garage below keeping the car cool and protected from the sun in mid summer months.
Just be aware you won’t want to walk into town in the summer months as Toledo is exceptionally hot and has lots of steep hills. But the views are amazing.
This hotel is super nice! Historic in nature, but with beautiful modern updates and thoughtful decor. The Junior Suite Rooms are very spacious with views over Zocodover Plaza and the rooftop terrace has wonderful views of the Alcazar. The staff is amazing. At check-in they take their time to introduce you to the city and things to do and see. Eva was great at making sure our taxi back to Madrid was arranged to catch our flights back home. Excellent experience and worth the price when in Toledo.
Best place in town, an outstanding experience! If you can, stay here! Casa Palacio Rincon de la Catedral is an old historical house, it is in the middle of the old town of Toledo and all places of interest are in front of the door. At the same time it is very quiet and you can enjoy your stay in unique rooms. Also the service is unbelievable, it is more like visiting friends or family and I had the best breakfast I ever had. Highly recommended!
hotel is a 5 minute drive away from the train station which costs almost 5-6 euros to go there. If you want to walk it's about 15-20 minutes. Toledo is all about hills up and down and the hotel is 2 minutes away from the electric stairs that take to the center (shops, restaurants, etc)
Receptionists are all kind and super helpful with directions and recommendations on where to have good food.
Beautiful place! The three of us stayed in two units - a twin and a single. There were no issues with anything. A very charming hotel with the same style as the rest of old Toledo. Comfortable beds, polite and helpful stuff, great location, excellent breakfast. If we stay in Toledo again it would be the only choice.
Stayed for one night as a family as wanted a luxury 5 star stop over half way through our road trip.
Room was huge, bed super comfy.
Nice views from the bedroom of the city and the river.
Toledo is beautiful and an 8 eur cab ride will get you into centre of town.
Everything was fantastic, from the room to the services to the food. I will definitely stay here again as i have to travel to toledo on a relatively regular basis. One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Best in Toledo in terms of Price to Quality ratio.
Everything is more than perfect. Amazing hotel is placed in great location near to all Toledo attractions and has everything what you need during the staging in Toledo. I’d really recommend for all to accommodate this hotel who visit Toledo
This hotel lays in a quiet street and 10 minutes walk from the center of Toledo. The room was small but OK for a view nights. Everything was very clean. coffee/thee machine in the hallway. Two different pillows. Bath and shower were ok.
great location, with parking under the hotel. Others offered collaboration with nearby garages, but this hotel has its own underground parking, with direct lift access to the hotel. Great breakfast, really helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel is a hidden jam. It is a historic house that has been compliantly remodeled in o very cozy hotel. You get a good idea of how it felt to live in Toledo in old times. I would recommend the place to all architecture lovers.
The hotel is ideally located, only a few hundred metres away from the magnificent cathedral. The street is extremely narrow, but the hotel staff is extremely helpful with parking. The terrace on the top offers an excellent view.
The hotel was positioned in the best place possible for the old town. Beautiful hotel and staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast. Cannot praise this hotel enough and we will definitely visit it again.
One of the best stays ever.
Comfy, atypical appartment (just what I love when staying somewhere) with an amazing view of Toledo's cathedral and old town from a lovely balcony. Complimentary breakfast included.
The view of Toledo from the room was spectacular. The room was best described as traditional Spanish and very comfortable. Food and wine in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
The hotel is amazing, particularly, the location.
It is located on a hill and in front of the old town of Toledo.
The staff is attentive and helpful.
The breakfast is great.
The hotel reception staff were very helpful. The on site parking is a bonus. The hotel is less than ten minutes and less than €10 taxi ride from the centre of Toledo.
This is the best possible location that you could stay in without being inside Toledo
Awesome flat with instant access to the old city. Absolutely fantastic
