Top location at the beach is amazing. interior modern and stylish (which can make it sometimes difficult to master the high-tech light switches :). Great beach view from the terrace, especially for breakfast. Staff was helpful, kind and always tried hard (even though sometimes a bit disorganized). Departure was a bit complicated by a Marathon, all roads closed, nobody really knew how to get out for the airport. Barbara was most helpful, showed us the way to the taxi stand and briefed the driver. Also during the entire stay Barbara rocked the place! Worth the extra mentioning.

Everything. Location, communication, apartment. Simply no comment. I travel something already and stayed in many apartments for the same price and i think maybe in Japan (where people are verry polite and organized) was something similar. Everything works, clean etc. Top apartment. Do not forget that outside is also a pool :)

We loved the view, the flat's perfect position, the flat's partitioning, the care put into everything related to the quality and the enjoyment of the advantages of the location. The view was fantastic and the way everything was positioned inside the flat helped a lot to enjoy it. We had a very good time.

We had a perfect stay. Great apartment and nice pool area with a bar where you can drink and eat. The hosts were nice and communicative. The apartment is located in a busy area, so if you are sensitive to noise, you should probably look elsewhere. It didn't bother us though.

It was a quiet property the only noise was the sea on the rocks below. Fabulous view of the sea. It was perfect for us as a mature couple. The kitchen had lots of extras which we didn’t expect. There was spare bedding and towels.

    It’s close to playa de maspalomas beach where all the restaurants are. Loved the equipped kitchen. and the Very very lovely lady receptionist. ( i really forgot to ask for her name) But she helped us all throughout our stay. Went out of her way to help us reserve for a scooter and even researched what time we should leave so we could catch the bus. Loved that they let us lounge through the pool, use shower and toilet even after our checkout time while waiting for our bus back to las palmas.

    The hotel is spotless clean . The staff are so lovely and so helpfull. The grounds are beautiful. Its so peaceful. The room size was great and the kitchen was well equipped if you need anything. Would have no problem recommending Palm Oasis beautiful hotel

    I liked everything, the hosts had taken care to offer everything necessary for such a stay. Especially for the kitchen. Everything was new and clean inside. Very quiet and suitable for families, very nice and clean pool directly there.

    Just amazing and keeps drawing us back every year. For us the location is brilliant and ideal as a base to travel around the island. Can't fault the complex. The housekeeper, gardener and maintenance team were fantastic and always very helpful and respectful. On the days we didn't venture out the pool area was very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and sufficient for our needs. The onsite mini supermarket was well stocked and reasonably priced.
