I was travelling solo, all the way from India and chose to visit Elba on a whim. I had no idea what to expect. It became the most beautiful and relaxing part of my whole holiday, all thanks to Silvio and Michaela. The apartment is absolutely stunning, clean, comfortable with the most incredible views. Waking up in the morning there is a dream. It’s perfectly located too - a stones throw from the main square. But really the best part about Chez Nous are Silvio and Michaela. They were so warm and welcoming, and super helpful! They gave the best advice on where to go and Silvio very generously helped me get around the island as I was alone without a car. They really made the whole holiday worth it. Thank you so much to Silvio and Michaela and I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be back the first chance I get! :)

Excellent location with view on Capolivieri. The park and swimming pool are very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. the property and its surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. Highly recommend it for families!

The apartment had the most amazing views and direct access via steps to Morcone beach - this is the biggest "benefit" of this apartment. Forget about worries and enjoy the sunset and nature. We had a fabulous time and hope to be back. I can recommend the Restaurant Albatros - walking distance for the apartment. Thanks Simona ;)

To start our flight was late and Simona reached out to us via WhatsApp to make sure we had all of the information and made sure we found the place okay. She was very nice and we even met her brother our second day there and he was very sweet as well. Simona told us we got an upgrade on our room, we now had a beach view. The view was incredible and spectacular and the villa was isolated from the other rooms which was nice and private.

We travelled with two small children, and the close location to the beach was just perfect. The house was absolutely beautiful with all necessary equipment. Much nicer in real life than in photos.We would highly recommend villa Messina to others!

    The staff was super nice and accommodating and they were always around when we had questions. The tents, kitchen and sanitary facilities were clean. The kitchen is well equipped and you have space to store your own food. There is a nice common area and they offer various activities.

    Staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating, Andreas the maintenance person is a star so helpful. Close the the beach, great swimming pool, bus right near the entrance, grocery store for essentials on site. Kitchen had all essentials. In the end we loved our simple little cabin and our glamping experience

    Modern and stylish apartment with a stunning hill top view of the sea and mountains. Great location on foot and even better if you have a car as there is parking. Good self catering facilities including fridge and hob, lovely decking for eating and relaxing, spacious bathroom and shower. Laundry facilities near the car park if needed.

    The location was pretty new, probabaly built around 2019, had nice and comfy rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and two bathrooms. There is a bbq place which can a used and large carport, one spot is equipped with a Type 2 electric car charging station. Perfect!

    Capo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car. The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great. We felt very welcomed :)

    I was using the flat as a MTB base, very satisfied with everything, full package was just perfect. Fully equipted kitchen and bathroom, cosy and clean, nicely arranged flat, host Silvia was very helpfull and nice, MTB storage, air-conditioner working, private parking at the site. Thumbs up!

    We had a satisfying week at the Albatros holiday apartment in late October. The peaceful atmosphere in Morcone was enjoyable, even though no restaurants or shops were open there anymore; we could always drive to Capoliveri. The apartment had a great view and all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Being just steps away from the beach was convenient, and we could even hear the waves in the bedroom at night. The receptionist was helpful and responsive, making our time in Morcone extremely enjoyable.

    Amazing place for the perfect vacation in Elba. Central, quiet location, very easy to reach from all over the island and perfect if you are by car. The hosts were SUPER friendly and flexible. Our studio with kitchen was perfect, the other facilities like the swimming pool, table tennis etc were great. Cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be coming back!! We were a couple but it also seemed very family-friendly.
