We had a lovely couple of days stay here. We stayed the night before and again the night after we had been to Tayrona. The staff were very friendly and helpful - any questions we had were answered quickly. Breakfast provided was good and they were flexible with timings to suit us. Each ecocabaña has a private terrace/area to sit in which was really great to be able to relax in a hammock. We were able to leave our big bags overnight when we stayed in Tayrona which was really helpful and kind of the owners.

The bed was comfortable, and the location is very good - about 7 mins by walk from the centre. The last bit of walk is uphill, but it’s just a very short distance that is challenging, around 200 metres. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and in addition there is a bunch of very fridndly pets (cats and dogs) which are just impossible not to pet🤗 Yacki gave us water for cooking on first day which was very nice of her and kept us well informed about electricity shutdowns and water cuts. It’s not our first time in the area, and we understand that it is normal in Santa Marta region. Yacki also made sure we had everything we needed every day and offered cleaning.
