Nothing is ever perfect, but if anything comes very close to it, then this is it ! We’ll laid out, functional, and probably the very best ever host-welcome booklet! One immediately can see how much thought the owner has put in to put this together! It was so well organised, from Bathroom to Kitchen/Living Space to Bedroom, that we wished to have stayed longer. (Especially now that we are in Naples and see the worst ever) But seriously, meticulously planned and executed this is what we can truly call a Home! And especially almost everything is provided for, there was little left to want! Those truly small issues that needed attention were immediately either resolved, or comment well received, pro-active and caring! That is what anyone can ever wish for! If there was an Oscars for this industry, then Panos & Partner would Definitely get our vote! Truly 💯 Pointer, Well done! Apt is centrally located in a safe residential area, super close to many interesting parts of town. Sparkling clean, crisp linen and free toiletries. 15 min walk to bus station (and Nikita’s)without luggage. ( about 25 min walk with luggage) The owner held my luggage for me for a few hours after I checked out then he left work early to help me retrieve the luggage.

When we arrived the owner was very happy to show us around his new villa. It was very clean and had every thing we needed. He gave us a bottle of local wine when we arrived. He was very attentive to every need we had. The villa was just like what you see in the pictures. The pool was spacious and private. The villa was beautifully designed with an amazing sunset covered by olive trees. The seafood tavernas are really close and we had the best food within a 5 min drive and enjoyed eating on the beach watching the sunset. I highly recommend this spot as it is quiet and peaceful after the great beaches that are near.

Kiriakos Apartment is a great place to stay. Even though we were on the 3rd floor, it is worth it. The apartment has everything you need and the views from the balcony are sensational. The bed was very comfy and the food for our breakfasts was more than enough and good quality. The apartment was terrific to relax in after a day of sight seeing. Being greeted with a nice bottle of wine when we arrived was a nice bonus.
