They run after your happiness and well being. The hotel was so calm next to everything, was so clean and organized . I would highly recommend it for everyone. My recent stay in Jordan was made even better by the wonderful hospitality at this property. My flight arrived earlier than expected, and I reached the hotel well before the standard check-in time. I informed them of this, and they were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to accommodate me, and instead of having to wait for hours, my room was ready within minutes. A huge thank you for this smooth and efficient early check-in! The location of the hotel is also ideal. It's not directly in the hustle and bustle of downtown, which makes for a peaceful stay, but it's still within easy walking distance to the downtown. The neighborhood itself felt very quiet and safe. The rooms were comfortable and the property felt secure. Finally, I must give a special mention to Dana. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Jordan!

Uber works great from here and it’s in reach of all the sites in the city. Check in was smooth and easy with a cheap airport transfer organised by our host. Good coffee and restaurants around. Ideal home base with good wifi and clean facilities. We hope to stay again when we return to Amman.

Our host, Mohammed, provided us with essential information for choosing and making reservations at two restaurants in Amman (Fakhreldin and Sufra). He also arranged for us the two essential journeys from Amman: to Petra and the Dead Sea. We've been picked up by a friendly and English speaking driver.
