Wery nice and helpful host Nathalie and Luca,willing to fulfil every wish,were incredibly helpful.The appartment was wery equipped,spacious,very tastefully decorazed,clean,more beautiful then in the fotos.Wifi,internet TV,ewerything worked great.The Location of apartments was for us very well because our TOP beach on island Anse Lazio was just few minutes away and we spent most of our vacation there. There is also a nice beach right in front of the hotel, it is not a problem to move around the island by bus, we did it,the bus stop is right opposite. For us it was the most beautiful vacation yet thanks to Nathalie and Luca, if we come back, we will definitely stay at Anse Boudin apartments❤️

The location cannot be better. It is on the best beach on Praslin. And probably the only property with direct beach access from your apartment. Absolutely magical. The beach is no doubt one of the best in Seychelles. Do not miss to snorkel the coral reefs on the right side close to boulder rocks. Beautiful corals and fish. And if you are lucky, you can see small lemon shark too. And on left side of the beach, you can see turtles while snorkeling. But corals are better on the right side end (more on side of the residences. The staff is absolutely lovely and you get treated very nicely. There is daily cleaning. Beach towels provide and apartments have everything you need. I preferred the lower (ground) floor apartments as you can be on the beach from your terrace. Bring your snorkeling gear with you as hard to rent at the beach. The property doesn’t have breakfast or dinner but kitchens are very well equipped and you can get breakfast on discounted rate in the restaurant right next door if you are staying here.

Clean and comfortable, kind hosts. Bus stop 2 min away. Calm surroundings. Not a touristic area. Close to the jetty.

Very close to the main road, but sligthly tucked in so you are away from the traffic noise. - Horny Rambo the turtle is a funny morning alarm clock. 😂

ANV HOLIDAY APARTMENTS se nachází v destinaci Grand'Anse Praslin a nabízí zahradu. Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve se nachází 4,1 km odtud, Praslin Museum 10 km a Fond Ferdinand 10 km. The property is surrounded by greenery, the bedroom is full of light and you can see the outside landscape from your bed, the apartment was so clean and you have everything you need for cooking, iron, hairdryer, little coffee etc. The hosts are lovely family Nathalie and Andrew, they were so hospitable and friendly and they helped us with advice and kind gestures. It made our stay so great!
