Excellent location , had everything we needed around it and good transportation to Al Haram. The best thing is that all proceeds from the hotel go to charity.

Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. Professional and friendly staff and they treat all customers with great respect and professonalism. Samira, in particular, was very kind and when we complained to her about the view, she instantly offered us a room upgrade to a better room with a better view. Our stay there was very pleasant one, highly recommended.
