The guy name kiron who is most probably in charge of house keeping. His behaviour and support was outstanding. I wish him all the best . I hv never find this kind of hospitality what he has shown to the customer's.

Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. Samira at the front desk was helpful, friendly and most importantly hospitable to my wife and I. Much of our good experience came by the great staff.
