Perfect location, just far enough away from the busy life in Saas Fee to experience the tranquility of the woods. Beautiful views of the Weissmies and the valley below. Excellent kitchen and an impressive wine cellar. Nevertheless, it was the friendliness and personal attention from everyone in the hotell staff that made the biggest impression. Top notch!

Great location.The room was very clean, cozy,comfortable. Very fresh and delicious breakfast, especially apricot jam and bread with apricots. 😊 Everyone was super friendly.

Capra at Saas Fee is a fantastic hotel. The staff, food and service are exceptional. Being a boutique hotel our stay at every touch point was noticed and customised to suit our needs best. 1. The view from the balcony was stunning. 2. The staff were very accommodative with miscellaneous requests. 3. The breakfast was a continental/ swiss one (without cooked options), but the selection was elaborate and delicious.

The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.
