Amazing stay in Ortesei close to the city center. The room had a balcony that overlooked at the river and the town. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and friendly and helped us with planning our day to make the most of our stay. Dinner was amazing, specially the Salmon Trout! :) If you like family hotels that are cozy and make you feel at home, this is your place to stay.

A wonderful hotel—I really loved it here. The staff even drove down the hill to help us with our luggage. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They took the time to carefully recommend nearby restaurants and walking routes, which was a huge help. The hotel facilities and decor are great, and the breakfast was excellent too. All in all, it was a fantastic hotel and a fantastic trip. I also really appreciate the warm and thoughtful service of Hotel Longs, which made my trip to the Dolomites perfect.

The location was excellent, staff were delightful. Close to the bus stop (free bus pass with the hotel) and the centre of town. Easy to get to the cable cars for seceda and Alpe di siusi.
