We had so much fun!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities really good and the food we had was delicious. We also appreciated the spa and the movie room which made our stay even more pleasant.

Exceptional hotel. The staff and facilities are just wonderful. I stayed with my dog and we both had an amazing time. It was our second time a this hotel- the staff were lovely as always. The hotel lobby and restaurant were recently renovated and it looks beautiful. The rooms are a good size. Nice balconies with lovely views. Bathrooms feel recently updates and clean and fresh. The restaurant is well known and the food is excellent. The breakfast spread is really really good. Feels very homey.

The Ermitage Wellness & SPA Hotel in Schönried - Gstaad is located on a sunny terrace above Gstaad in the middle of a park. It offers panoramic views of the Saanenland and the surrounding mountains.

Quite simply, our best ever hotel experience! This is a wonderful hotel made so by the delightful team of friendly and caring people who made us feel so welcome. There are so many positives, including the breathtaking menus at breakfast, lunch and dinner, not forgetting the delicious afternoon cakes! The spa is superb and the unexpected bonus of free local rail travel capped off a wonderful week.

The room was lovely. It was clean, comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. We had exceptional service from all staff without exception. Some people might say that the hotel is expensive but in my opinion it is well worth the cost. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer!!

Great location. Breakfast pastries could be better. Oatmeal/milk too mushy. Sadly those are the things I usually have for breakfast.
