To whoever thinking to book this place, don’t judge the room by its picture. In reality the room is way better then the picture !! We book for 2 rooms and the reception giving us a connecting room. We are traveling with a children and this is very valuable to us. The hotel rated 4 stars, but it is underrated, it should be 5 stars. The breakfast is good, hotel staff is superb !!! The room is superb, comfortable, clean and luxurious.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery.

Hotel staff amazing, as any issues they were quick to sort. Our room had 2 sofa beds for the kids which worked out extremely well, & a lovely balcony that we could watch the Gondolas go up & down mountain. Breakfast was incredible & nice to sit outside enjoying it too. Welcome drinks when we arrived, was a nice surprise as not expecting. Carparking easy & safe. Close to bus stop, so you could get this up & down to town if you wanted. (Also free with card that Hotel gives you). Walk was 10 mins downhill, but a lot more back...lol

Incredible location (Bus stops at the front of the hotel and takes you anywhere, ski track next door, beautiful views!). The hotel is very stunning and each detail has been carefully thought of. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and all passes are available for purchase at the reception. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return one day! Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very impressed.

This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The hotel is located across the cable train to First, within the city centre of Grindelwald and surrounded by beautiful mountains. What an amazing location! The rooms have good insulation and provide you with all the comfort you need. The spa was amazing, I loved it so much after a day of hiking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive: all kinds of bread, cheeses, cereal, yoghurt, hot beverages...I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful hotel and I definitely recommend it.

It has great location next to the train station, the Spa is very modern and relaxing and the view is exceptional. The staff is friendly they even let me a birthday card with a chocolate which was in my opinion a very sweet gesture. Finally the breakfast was delicious, cheese selection was amazing.

All staff, Regula and Alexander are very nice! Breakfast is super good, many different kind of bread! Balcony with nice view, it is my first luxury room. It worths! Spa is perfect after hiking! No water kettle inside the room, but they provides hot water in the evening by the lobby. It is perfectly good idea. Less stuffs in the room. Less is more! Perfect life for minimalist.
