Room is spacious with balcony with fantastic view. Staff are helpful and accommodating. They clean the room very well and great amenities. It is near the bus stop around 3-5 min walk but few bus stop away to interlaken west or interlaken ost. The food is great.

The facilities were fantastic, particularly the spa area. The staff were incredibly friendly with a specific mention to Emily and Elaine. The views are breathtaking. The location to Lake Thun is ideal. Only a short walk away. Free local bus into town just down the road. Breakfast was okay without being amazing. Dinner we had on two separate occasions was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was very impressive. Much better than the photos. Larger than expected. Really loved our stay. The place had a great feel about it.
