This is not called a Palace for no reason, from an enormous beautifully decorated Christmas tree, extravagant reception and entrance to the amazing breathtaking view of lake Geneva from the room, this hotel really made one feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. It does come with a hefty price but it is truly breathtaking and really memorable!

The 4-star superior Hotel Mona is located right on the banks of Lake Geneva in Montreux, and offers unobstructed views of the lake and the Alps from all rooms, as well as free WiFi access.

We came for the Montreux jazz festival and the location is perfect for this reason. We can even watch some concert from our balcony.

We loved our stay there, the staff were extremely friendly and we communicated everything just well in english. The hotel is pretty old but still in good shape so that didn’t bother us. The room was clean and comfortable. If you are worried about the parking situation in the city keep in mind that you can always park in front of the hotel behind the white lines. You can ask the staff at the reception for a blue clock to put in your windshield, you can stay parked there for 3 hours but you can always change the clock and still remain parked there. If you decide to be away for the whole day ask the staff for a whole day parking ticket which will allow you to leave your car there without changing the blue block, it was only 10 CHF for a day. You got free pool access and an amazing view no matter which room you stay in. You can also always get the breakfast in the morning which had a very big variety like gluten free, vegetarian.. One tip I would give you is if you need more neck support maybe take a tiny pillow from home but that’s about it. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Only a few steps from Lake Geneva, Villa Toscane is an Art Nouveau building from 1905 with a beautiful interior design. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with light colours.

The proximity to the train station and the wonderful large room was perfect. Lots of space for what we needed as a family.

Breakfast was delicious and coffee that they provided to the table was great. I liked coffee service at the breakfast. Bread selection was great also. They also had several kinds of fruits, cheese. I stayed at studio type room and it was great for long stay. Location was also great for long stay. It was right in front of train station and grocery store.

Villars Palace has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Villars-sur-Ollon. This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.

Junior suite was nice and comfortable. I visit the hotel on the regular basis. I like the offer of wines. Design if the hotel is really nice. Spa is very good.
