The 2 most exceptional things in Tornacos were: staff and food. Really really perfect. All other things: room, facilities, comfort, location, etc are however also on very good level. Everything, what you need for a good relaxing stay.

Stylish hotel in a castle with a rich history. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.Breakfast top class ,with a wide selection to choose from. The dining area was very clean and so well decorated. The park around the hotel is beautiful for an evening walk after dinner. Ease of parking. All staff were excelent, very friendly&helpful. everything was great. Despite cold weather we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was helpful and kind, welness perfect, the food was variable and always very tasty, also coffee was good, the room was big enough and well equiped, location of the hotel in a quiet part of Sopron, just in surroundings of a big park.

Everything was MUCH MUCH better than I expected. Big enough room with everything you might need. Full kitchen, a safe, internet, big comfortable bed, coffee machine etc. There was also a sauna downstairs. For the money you pay, I would say, that you can mention this hotel as a luxury one. I am serious, because not all the 4 stars hotel in a resort zones has similar offers, so for the hotel situated almost at the boarder between Austria and Hungary I would like to pay attention on details centralization. I would like to say huge THANKS to the owners and stuff for such a comfortable stay. Check - in process is fully automated, what I found really great. There are smart door locks all over the hotel including a primary entrance and each room door. One day before arrival I received all the pin - codes for the door and further information. P.S. Continental (included) breakfast was served as a room service, with a direct room delivery.
