Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an old Fort Cochin house. Beautifully presented. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were wonderful. The room was immaculate, tastefully furnished, exotic petals on the bed linen, beautiful local wood furniture, big walk-in shower. Everything is very carefully curated. Breakfast was excellent and the one meal we ate in the hotel was superb. An enjoyable early morning walking tour was organised for us which was fascinating. Overall, Forte Kochi hotel was a highlight of our visit to Kerala.

Location is on Bolgatty Island, away from the city noise and away from the pullution, easy eccess, facing the beautiful lake, has a nice walk way, I like the whole staffs, swimming pools, the gym, cycling option, kayaks & the club house facilities. the breakfast was amazing...

So much to rave about! The view from the pool, the excellent service provided by George and his team, the state of the art facilities in the room, the quality of the food (breakfast 😋), the boutique feel, the fact that this is a living museum, where there is always something to discover… All is made as one of our top five stays in the past 10 years. Was just a shame we were only there for one night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heritage room would have been better and that was what we had booked but on our request they showed us a sea view room on a higher floor as the heritage looked inwards and is on the first floor. We got a room on the seventh floor with a view of the waterway. The buffet meals were excellent with a very wide choice if you have a good appetite but are pricey if you aren’t very hungry as tends to be the case with buffets. The staff are very attentive. From the concierge, travel desk, reception, security, bellhops, house keeping and restaurant staff onwards - thank you all for a very pleasant stay🙏🏽

Budget friendly Rooms option for Traveller like us. Fantastic part is, 5 star resort facilities is accessable from their sister resort Ramada Kochin at walkable distance. Breakfast at a nice Restaurant in Ramada. Pool and resort facilities was fantastic in Ramada.
