We checked into the Radisson on a whim to escape some of the air pollution in Delhi, and enjoyed it so much we ended up staying for 4 days. The rooms are fairly regular by western standards, but spacious and clean, and the large windows make the room an enjoyable place to be for longer periods of time. The best thing about the property is the staff - the entire staff here made us feel welcomed and supported, and were always available to help us and ensure we were comfortable and happy. The reception team especially went above and beyond, and you really feel you are in a 5 star hotel. Room service team were very attentive and on the ball, and we had some laundry done which came back perfectly. Everyone here should be proud - we will always remember our stay.

Not even tea or tea bags..Rooms were not ready..Calls were not picked up..wastage of money in this price. No Towel or Soup in washroom..only handwash..No water bottles No tea or cofee bags even No arrangements of the basic needs
