The greenery in and around the property was amazing . A fantastic resort , the perfect getaway from the hustle and chaos of the city life . Close proximity to the Promenade beach was an icing on the cake ! I had to switch my room due to water leakage issues from the AC vent , the staff was quite helpful and resolved the issues asap. Good vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread for breakfast and quite a good menu on their High-Tea . Would recommend their filter coffee and live dosa counter .

There are many kinds of rooms/cottages in the resort. We had an AC room, which was great and clean. Before arriving we were a bit anxious as we read many negative comments from local Indians, but fortunately we had a great time. It was not during high touristic season so the resort was not fully occupied, but that was all right. It is a clean resort, with good food in the restaurant. We only stayed 2 days as it was part of a longer journey; we can recommend this resort.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good location near bus station and a longish but very doable walk to the beach and French Colony. Comfortable room and bed. Lovely period property.
