Location of the hotel is very good, close to Rose Garden. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Kids have an activity room, also this hotel has a Spa with excellent services. Breakfast spread was excellent, wide variety to choose from.

The views are amazing - particularly at sunset. The staff were all very helpful from reception to wait staff. Special mention for the maitre d’ who was very welcoming. We were half board and the food was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Jungle Hut. We loved the place, we had the feeling to be far from the World with a fantastic view on the mountains, the deers coming early in the misty morning in the garden. We did the 2 morning walks proposed by the hotel and both was really great. Highly recommended. Massages are nice also. I wish we will come back again. The property indeed reminded of Kashmiri heritage. The interiors and furnishings were authentic. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Shout out to Mithun (chef), Shambu and Shahid who took good care and made the trip memorable. Property is nestled between the tea gardens and the location is ideal to visit places.
