It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .

Away from the anjuna ,Baga crowds. Boutique hotel with clean spacious rooms. Nice restaurant facing the paddy fields. Has access to beach from the property and the beach is clean. Couldn't swim as it was rainy season. Good breakfast. Very close to restaurants like martins corner and even better one is Cota Cozinha
