Welcoming, friendly and accomodating staff were great. Really attentive shuttle service for skiing. Outside sauna was better than inside because of immersion in nature. Well designed. Good breakfast.

We, group of friends, had visited the hotel for ski holidays and thanks to the beautiful location and very gentle staff we had an outstanding experience. The structure of the hotel as new and very curated, excellent delusions breakfast, and of course spa and outdoor jacuzzi were the part of that experience. Very cosy design and attention to smallest details made our holidays unforgettable!

    Nice and clean rooms! The Turkish bath and the saunas are very good, albeit small. Perfect for two people! The outdoor pool is the main attraction and is a very nice temperature. The breakfast is well assorted. PS. Beware. There might be loud people audio commenting everything, even in the spa. But for us it was a fun experience overall😅😂

    The hotel is beautiful. Real feel of luxury. Rooms are great and well appointed. Staff are lovely. Speaking English can cause the occasional mixup but you go to Italy for wonderful not perfect. Pool and spa facilities are lovely. Breakfast was fab and free nibbles each night were a nice touch. Lara on front desk was so helpful to us. All staff were very friendly.

    The breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly. The spa/wellness was a nice area and it was included in the cost. Very comfortable area to sit and have a drink.
