Full instructions were provided and it was easy to find and access the property. The cleaner was still there and she handed us the keys. The room was very clean, well equipped and furnishings were of a high standard. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk (15 mins) into Como centre. 10 mins to the San Giovanni train station, coffee shop nearby. Security was good.

The property is stunning, totally worth the price that it has. Starting from the rooftop view with the infinity pool and finishing with the perfect dinner at the StreetFood location — everything was top notch. Even during high season in July the place was not packed. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. The staff at each location that we visited was very helpful.

Amazing stay! The staff was great, everyone was super nice and helpful during our whole stay. Special thanks for the nice birthday amenities in our room! The whole hotel service was above and beyond and even had higher standards than some of the 5-star hotels! We will definitely come back!
