Staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The reception staff is excellent and at the checkout they gave us a free gift which was a hand cream from Aqua Di Parma . I appreciate it so much and will comeback one day just because of this beautiful gesture . Tiramisu and drinks at the bar are beyond amazing! Room was perfect and with a city view. Hotel smells great and the amenities are also very nice.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are decorated in a quirky style. Spotlessly clean, nice bathroom, great facilities, comfortable bed. The spa is also lovely with well-thought of details such as a counter with water, tea, honey and snacks. The staff was really polite and friendly. The location is good as well, only a 15 min walk from the city centre. We were on our honeymoon and really appreciated the surprise by the staff (complimentary wine, chocolate and rose petals on our bed). Very thoughtful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
