The owner was so kind and she answered all of my questions. The apartment was so clean I feel like at home really . The neighborhood was so quiet and the room was so comfortable. I travel alone but the house was for two or three people . The kitchen was full of glasses coffees , and the bathroom was so clean. That is so obvious that Angelica was super professional, she was from Russia but she can speak English perfectly. I want to come here again absolutely ❣️

This hotel exceeded all expectations . truly fantastic in every way. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everyone, from the reception team to the waiters, was kind, helpful, and professional. A special mention to the lovely lady from Mexico who made incredible cocktails by the pool bar ,she was absolutely fantastic! The food was plentiful and delicious, the entire environment was spotless, and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. There’s absolutely no reason not to give this place a full 5 stars. 10/10 ⭐️Highly recommended!

We booked the hotel spontaneously and got a great deal. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The indoor and outdoor pool areas are excellent, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with a lot of charm. There’s a lovely beach nearby with some great restaurants – perfect for relaxing. Just a small tip: to reach the hotel’s parking area, it’s best to turn near the car wash. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Had the best vacation at Hotel ponta plaza, services was top notch all the staff we're very friendly, warm and helpful, reception staff we're welcoming and accommodating always ready to assist you I really appreciate them alot for their constant check on us that we we're doing fine. 2nd time in Avala, wonderful location, right next to Stari Grad. great and large rooms and bathroom. breakfast perfect including the location overseeing the Med. I had an issue with my car and Ilija of the reception , instead of pointing me to a garage to fix it, came out twice , called their maintenance folk and went to their maintenance place , came out with the right tools and fixed it right there and then so i could be on my way !!! What a service !! incredible. When i come back i will definitely stay at the Avala again. thank you again Ilija, that’s absolute 6 star service !!🙏🙏 Best Regards Frank
