The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. In fine weather, meals are served on the large terrace overlooking the lake. Wonderful balcony restaurant in front of the lake. Nice food and huuuuuuuge room. Nice private beach for swimming.

The rooms offer panoramic views of the lake and the Karawanken Mountains. Absolutely everything is perfect. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The choice at the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The omelettes were 1st class. Amazing staff.
