Perfect location in the very center of central Basel, right on the Marktplatz. This is now my go-to hotel for whenever business or leisure travel takes me through this part of the world. Fabulously friendly and attentive staff, a super cafe (popular with locals as well as guests: you're going to need to book if you want to have Sunday brunch there...), and very comfy beds with the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on in a Swiss or German hotel. HIGHLY recommended and worth the price.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Nomad Design & Lifestyle Hotel is located in Basel, 200 metres from Kunstmuseum Basel. A very fun place, you can tell just how much energy went into the design and overall experience. Excellent hospitality. A young man at the front desk was very helpful in directing us toward art in the city. The room also came with a flotation device for swimming in the river and tickets for discounted public transport.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect eight-day getaway! As a couple, we found the “Jasmine” first-floor apartment (with easy elevator access) exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. When we arrived, the apartment impressed us with its spotless, spacious layout. There’s a generous bedroom and a bright main living area that opens onto a lovely balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is even a nice umbrella in case of a rainy day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home: cookware, utensils, a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee machine and even a dishwasher. The bathroom was equally well appointed—modern fixtures, plenty of storage, and a bidet-equipped toilet. We also appreciated access to the shared service room, which housed a washing machine, dryer, and iron—ideal for keeping our wardrobe fresh after days out exploring. Just a few minutes' stroll took us to the renowned thermal baths—pure bliss after a day of sightseeing—and the scenic Limmat promenade runs right alongside. Everything felt close enough to be convenient, but the apartment itself remained wonderfully peaceful. Our host, Marco, was responsive and friendly throughout. Before arrival, he checked in with us via WhatsApp to share check-in instructions, responded promptly to our questions, and even offered local tips that made our visit smoother. We left feeling refreshed, well-rested, and already planning our return.

We liked absolutely everything about this location! The stay at this place is indeed like a complete escape from the often busy and stressful day to day life and thus is a source of major relaxation :) Aditionally the booking and check-in and -out process is super easy thanks to the customer centric service the staff of this wonderful safe heaven is providing :D Keep up the great work!

Radisson Blu Basel Hotel má klidnou polohu v srdci Basileje, pouhých 5 minut chůze od hlavního nádraží. Nabízí úchvatný krytý bazén. Primo v centru, moderni pokoje.

Limmathof Baden - Boutique Haus & Spa se nachází v destinaci Ennetbaden. Hlavní nádraží Curych je 25 km daleko a Švýcarské národní muzeum 25 km. Everything! The size of the room was incredible & the tub…amazing! The soak was also incredible! Wish we could have had more time to enjoy the atmosphere and accommodation.

Park-Hotel am Rhein - Gesundheitshotel und Residenzen se nachází v destinaci Rheinfelden a poskytuje venkovní bazén, zahradu, terasu a bar. Great location near the spa, near city, near Rhine river. Room was big, well equipped, very nice room. Hotel lunch/dinner restaurant was good. Breakfast can slightly improve quality. Staff was very polite. Spa was excellent, direct connect from the hotel. The only drawback I would personally say is that hotel price seems high for a 4* hotel.
