Attentive staff in a luxuriously appointed hotel and rooms. Very good with kids. Their room had special treats for them etc. Made the stay feel very special. The spa and pool was a lovely surprise.

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Staff was very friendly, the pool was quiet and very cozy early in the morning and later in the afternoon. During the day it gets a bit busy. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. It has lake view and is really few meters away from the promenade.

Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
