To whoever thinking to book this place, don’t judge the room by its picture. In reality the room is way better then the picture !! We book for 2 rooms and the reception giving us a connecting room. We are traveling with a children and this is very valuable to us. The hotel rated 4 stars, but it is underrated, it should be 5 stars. The breakfast is good, hotel staff is superb !!! The room is superb, comfortable, clean and luxurious.

Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Pool and Spa is very good for healing.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

You can relax in the cosy bar, in the sauna, or in the steam bath. The large terrace with deckchairs invites you to enjoy the sun. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the staff and offered an upgrade! The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was marvelous! They were always willing to give advice and even offered to get us reservations for dinners that they’d recommend. We are already looking to book again for next year!

The exclusive use of the spa area is possible for a surcharge. A fitness corner, massages and beauty treatments are available on request and subject to availability. The hotel was exceptional, everybody was very kind and helpful at all times, the breakfast quality was great, the room was very good and clean and the restaurant was also great, do try it! Excellent location close to the lift and the village centre.

The garden features sun terraces, a play area and the summer restaurant "Grotto al Sasso", serving traditional Ticino cuisine. There is absolutely NOTHING we could fault: it was absolutely spectacular: the hotel, the location, the room, the service, hotel staff went above and beyond. We absolutely loved our stay with you. Just LOVED it
