We had a wonderful stay! The design of the rooms was truly impressive — spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a bright, open feel thanks to the high ceilings. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering both quality and abundance with plenty of options to choose from. The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We liked everything about this charming boutique hotel. Stunning location, spotlessly clean rooms, convenient parking, nice pool areas, good breakfast. But what stood out the most was the kindness of the people working there. They have thought of every possible detail to make your stay more comfortable, and they were especially accommodating to our little daughter, who was disappointed to leave. Will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

The locaion is prfect by the lake. You can use the bus in front of the hotel to go wherever you want in Lugano using hotel free tickets. You can also use it for trains inside swizerland. The suites and superior rooms overlook the lake while garden rooms overlook the hotel beautiful garden. You can walk to the center in 15 to 20 minutes or use the bus#2 instead. It also goes to the train station. I totally recommend this classic hotel.
