Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. clean and tiny, good location, warm service, you can see the Matterhorn just outside hotel! Perfect!

The staff are very polite and helpful, they’ve got their own free porter service waiting for you at the train station upon arrival, and they also drop you back in their electric vehicles back to the train station during departure. I’d highly recommend this to hotel if you’re staying in zermatt.
