Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Helpful staff and welcoming. I’d pass our high appreciation to the receptionist, who assisted us in getting bus tickets and directions to the city. She facilitated our program and added value to our overall stay experience. I asked for a room that doesn't get direct sun, and the receptionist was very kind to give me a room that doesn't get direct sun. The room felt very comfortable from a temperature wise. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good

Nearby location to Oerlikon train station, and a short train ride to Zürich center. Very comfortable room in the Basic Suites, and friendly staff. I booked an “Acasa Classic” massage which was wonderful - the massage therapist Luca is excellent!

Set on the car-free Uetliberg mountain, surrounded by nature and hiking paths, the award-winning Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich presents a stylish design with a sauna area and unique views... This hotel is a great 4 star. It is not anywhere near Zurich. I booked it by mistake but I was offered a discount. Getting to the hotel was hell. They have a temporary buses to get there. Do not trust Google map. Go to the tourist office and get the detail steps to get there. Something missing in Switzerland is the signs. We couldn't locate The EV1 bus stop and walked a mile rolling our luggage. Finally, when you get to Utelberg, Google says walk 8 minutes. No, it was a 30 minutes uphill walk with our luggage. We were exhausted. Here is a tip- call the hotel and they will transport your luggage. The big fuss is that this is a no car zone. So, no taxi no Uber. We stayed here 2 nights- our beginning of our 8 days in Switzerland. I came here to ride the Swiss trains. It was my dream to ride trains. I enjoyed the trains so much.
