Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The property, the staff, the views, the facilities, the food. This was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The food was reasonably priced for its quality. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The water dispensing machines in the hallway were a great added value.

One of the best experiences so far! The location is perfect and close to the hiking route. All staff helped us A LOT! They are like close friends to everyone; they solve our problems patiently, and generally care about us very much! We felt really homey and safe with their arrangements. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.
