Welcome to a secluded paradise that offers you a unique experience not commonly found in a capital city hotel. The mahogany Lodge out at the beach side was absolutely fantastic and kudos to Helena and all the restaurants staff for making my trip enjoyable, easy fun and they guided me to different areas that I was unfamiliar with therefore, they really helped me a lot. This place is outstanding I will definitely be coming back.

Offering an outdoor pool and fitness centre, Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City is situated in Accra in the Greater Accra Region, 1.1 km from Independence Square. Customer service was exceptional. The food was AMAZING! The spa treatment and facilities divine. It was so good I slept during my treatment and I was left to sleep in for a bit. I booked this hotel as a treat to myself for my birthday and I just put a message letting them know I would be spending the time by myself and it would be nice if I am made to feel special and they did not DISAPPOINT! I had a very warm welcome by the staff with a welcome drink and in my room I was surprised with cake, fruit basket, champagne, my room decorated etc and on my birthday the had the staff sing to me with cake presented during breakfast. I honestly cried really exceeded my expectations. They really do know how to look after their customers, all the staff members were welcoming and knew me by name. I was called the birthday girl throughout my stay. Thank you so so much. I would definitely come back again!

I liked the hospitality of the staff members. I also liked how responsive and kind everybody was. I was there for a conference responsible also for the organizations. The banquet management staff especially Leslie and Michael were exceptionally helpful and flexible. We requested a different conference room that fits our need better and there was no issue with it. We were at meeting room Volta and I would like to say thank you for the ladies that were responsible for our coffee breaks, for attending our needs. But also, the staff at breakfast and lunch were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Thank you for the chefs for this experience. My room was always spotless and clean and when requesting and ironing board and an iron Helen came to my room to hand them over to me. She was very nice and kind and helpful with me.

I had to stay in Accra as I was unwell for a few days and just needed to rest and recuperate - this was was the perfect place to do just that- the team were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Also very conventionally close to the airport when it was time to leave. Thank you.
