It was a last minute booking as the previous booking was in so disappointing and we just had to check out immediately. And we glad we did! Beds were comfy and suprised to find fresh fruits in the rooms. Everything was great cept for some wild animal poop on the balcony area. Breakfast was not too bad. Not much choices but it was good enough. Pool was under renovation when we were there so cant comment on that. Staff was friendly and always greeting us. We have a 2yr old with us so walking to the shops etc wasnt ideal as no pathway.

This is a small hotel but very cozy. The room is big with balcony facing the pool and the green rice fields. The food is excellent. The staff are very friendly with smiles.

A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast is available at the property. First time to Bali, and Seminyak was our location. Out of the 100's of hotels, we chose Kayumas 4 star resort. No, it's not a beach front, no, it's not that 5 star, but it's literally 3-5 minute walk from the beach. The love and attention to detail from the front of house is exceptional, they remember your name from the beginning, treat you with respect and always always polite and smiling. The staff all enjoy life, which made our stay more than being on a resort on the beach/5 star. Food was just incredible, so hats off for the kitchen. Any alligies or don't like they handled it for you. The pool is great, always in the sun..most of the day till sunset time. Pool Bar too which is a bonus. The pool has a very shallow attached to the main pool. Shallow is warmer! It is constantly cleaned every morning and maintained. Front desk is 24hrs, and is most helpful. You get a free shuttle into the shopping district till 5pm. Airport service too, which is extra charge, but it's a good service. In the 4 star too is massage and spa, and boy it's excellent. The girls are local and trained and very well priced. The room we had was delux with a private pool which was good to have. The room when you needed it cleaned, was no trouble at all.

A continental, American or Asian breakfast is available at the property. Amazing room, very comfortable and cozy; in a hotel surrounded by nature. The hotel is very clean and the service is spectacular. All the staff was very polite and helpful. To highlight the attention received by Wira who was our driver during 2 one-day tours. He was very attentive, giving great explanations of the places we visited and always assisting on whatever we needed to fully enjoy the experience.
