We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

Located right in the heart of Jakarta and just minutes' walk away from the city's famous landmark, Selamat Datang Monument, and adjacent to the iconic Plaza Indonesia Shopping Mall, Grand Hyatt... The location is perfect, good breakfast, swimming pool and very good service from staff. I would stay here again in Jakarta!
