Our room was very comfortable, well equipped with a large bed, a lounge area, ironing facilities and an office space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.

I was down celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday, when we went to the room the staff had left two party treat bags and cake with a card wishing her a happy birthday. Staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
