Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. What an amazing experience at the Taj Palace! This was a big treat for us on our Indian travels, and we loved every minute of it. The hospitality is absolutely perfect. They really treat you like family and are very thoughtful with daily gifts they leave in your room. We were welcomed in our room with a birthday cake and balloons for my husband's birthday, and the staff made our stay as comfortable as can be. Big thanks to Dillip, Salman, and Sanjeev, who are a credit to the hotel ! The amenities are absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed the heritage tour to learn about the history of the Taj. It is a magnificent hotel, and we look forward to coming back. It was an unforgettable stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. What impressed me the most was the attitude of the staff – incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. The Butler Service was a standout feature, offering assistance with unpacking and packing, and even carefully wrapping fragile items. The hotel’s spa is not to be missed. It offers rejuvenating treatments inspired by Indian and Eastern traditions, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning.
