The hotel was exceptional! We loved everything, the whole experience was truly outstanding. Cannot recommend The Okura enough!

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. We have visited 3 times and it always is a wonderful treat. Great baths, great breakfast, lovely room. Warm recommendation for couples.

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. Right outside train station, great location, beautiful hotel and amazing buffet breakfast. Bathroom was huge and great tub. Complimentary amenities were top tier. Beds were comfy and pictures were true to booking site.

Love the royal vintage vibe of the hotel, size is big in comparison several other options. Hotel has a direct access to train station from lobby. Very polite, kind staff. Good view, big size bathroom and has all the expected amenities. I will be staying here again for sure!

Opened in 1878, The Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Super beautiful hotel with big spacious rooms, great furtniture and amazing view on forest ( from our room ) . The staff was super nice and helpfull we would come back for sure.
