The breakfast was delicious. The food tasted very fresh. We especially appreciated that many of the food stations had attendants preparing the dishes. It got very busy at one point, but we never had an issue getting our food. The shuttle to and from Toba Station was very convenient. We contacted the staff from a payphone at Toba Station. We were able to communicate our needs through our very limited knowledge of the Japanese language. The driver took our luggage and said they would store it till we checked in. This allowed us to continue on with our sightseeing plans without physically going to the hotel first. That really helped maximize our time in Toba! Wonderful Service!

Nice amenities and they even provided bug spray etc., in the room

Right in the heart of the historic Kawazaki district of Ise-shin. Perfect location for sightseeing and the train station. The owner, Yuki (and her partner) are very friendly and speak good English. The facilities are great. There is even a 'water-coffin' in the garden (an outside bath) which is the best way to relax and cool down after a hot day. If I could give this 11/10, I would. Perfect.

The hotel has only eight rooms, and is located close to the seaside. The view from our room is beautiful and breathtaking! The water of the onsen inside of our room is silky smooth. We could also make daily reservation to use the outdoor onsen for private use. Mostly importantly, the dinner and breakfast served at the hotel is of the highest quality, cooked by their talented chef, with fresh local produce. We were seated in different private dining rooms each time for our meals in two days. The Chandelier Dining Room is absolutely beautiful! All staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful!
