Loved the elevator. 1.50 USD to crab market and Kep beach. Walking distant to ABA banking machine. Sound proof rooms.. Air Con was perfect I have rebooked again. Heads up,I live in Kep and have stayed at a few places. Being all over Cambodia. This is the nicest place that I've ever stayed at for what you get and what you pay. Don't waste your time going to other places, this is the place.

The breakfast was varied and so tasty, staff so friendly and we ate dinner both nights in the cool bar/dining area and both were lovely.

The hotel is well located and surrounded by nature. We found it very cosy and with a nice vibe - the swimming pool is great at all times of the day. The owner Lionel and the manager Marie are extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. They offer laundry service at a fair price and also rental of scooters. Good breakfast.

I spend a wonderful night at Knai Bang Chatt, the room was very comfortable, the staff is amazing and helpful. The food at the Strand restaurant and the beach front restaurant called the Wave as absolutely good. the Watersport was the right time from October.

This hotel was so nice and peaceful to stay in. We ended up for two days mostly being at the pool but the first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We had crab curry and salad. Really delightful and prepared so well. The swimming pool had to be the highlight of the trip really so we spent the most time just enjoying the pool, with cold beverages or just swimming. The walk to the beach is quite easy so we walked the final day to the beach and then walked down a bit.
