Excellent welcome by the host. Clear instructions on how to get there, and regarding parking (5 minutes away, 40 dirham for 1 night). Building is 3easy to find. The building is lovely, with a lot of character, very well furnished and an amazing terrace. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The best place I stayed in Morocco and would definitely come again!

Lovely helpful staff and a beautiful riad. Good location, away from traffic noise but a short walk to the markets and main square. It was very hot while we were there, so we couldn't use the rooftop until after sunset.

Super clean hotel and a highly friendly staff specially Ms. khawala in reception and Yonis. They even did my laundry at a laundry shop out of their hotel and brought me the invoice from that laundromat. I appreciate they being honest and did not overcharge me for doing my laundry such as many hotels. I paid what with the outsider laundromat exactly charged. Ms. Khawala changed the room for me when I express dissatisfaction with my first room on the second floor after my first night being there. Also, Mr. Younis was so helpful, answering all my questions and even took me to Currency exchange office when I needed it!

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They helped us book train tickets, assisted us in finding a driver for a day trip, helped hail taxis, gave us directions, and even upgraded our room without us asking. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we were within an easy walk of stores and restaurants, and the hotel breakfast was fabulous. The shower in our bathroom had multiple spray options and was very spa-like, although our shower door did not close all the way so we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom.

Zaki Hotel is located in Meknes, overlooking the old-town’s ramparts and the Oued Boufekrane Valley. It offers 4-star accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and garden. We had a nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It’s conveniently located near minimarkets, which was great for quick purchases. A particularly nice touch was the presence of a sandbox/play area for kids—it made it easier to relax while the little ones had fun. The property has good features like a dual shower and dryer, although the bathroom space was a bit tight. There were also a few ants near the entrance, which could be improved. Still, the positives outweighed the small issues, and we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly setup. Would recommend for families looking for a practical and comfortable stay.
