I made the reservation accidentally not knowing they were undergoing renovations, but the owner still let me stay there. He was so kind and accommodating. He made me tea and made the room up very comfortably for me. Even though they were renovating, the place was gorgeous and very clean. I HIGHLY recommend!!! (Also there’s an adorable kitty named couscous who loves getting pets 🥰)

Both the ecolodge and the staff were fantastic. It's difficult to find something better. Nicolas, with his team, Aziza, Said, and all the others, are great and took really good care of us. It was like being part of a family. The lodge is beautiful, from the design of the apartments, the park, and the swimming pool. I would recommend it to anyone, and I hope to go back again.

What made this hotel more exceptional is the manager Mr. Enrique. Such a humble and kind person who made sure we had the best stay. Mr. Enrique gives each customer their time and listens to their needs. My dad and I were so happy to have met him. All employees were kind and helpful as well. Specially Saeed who served us breakfast. He always had a smile on his face. I wish our stay was longer because we felt like one day was not enough. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you Mr. Enrique for a memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back.

When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

The serenity of the desert at night, under a blanket of stars, was a spiritual experience in itself. Dinner by the campfire, surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Erg, was a feast of Moroccan flavors, and the staff ensured every part of the excursion was seamlessly organized. For anyone seeking a blend of luxury and adventure, Hotel bab rimal and their desert excursion is an experience not to be missed. We can't wait to return!
