Set in Lustica, just 600 metres from East Luštica Bay Beach, Lustica Bay Apartment - Centrale 4503 offers beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, a garden and free WiFi. The property was built in 2019 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation features free shuttle service, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. Everything was spotless. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of local wine. Coffee was provided enough for a few days. Kitchen utensils were plenty. Bathrobes and enough towels for the stay. In one word everything for the comfort and pleasant stay. Location is perfect close to restaurants and supermarket. Tennis courts few min away. Bus shuttle fee of charge to bring you to the beach if you do not like walking.

Such a spacious apartment with a spectacular view in a location that couldn’t be better. Super clean and comfortable with outdoor areas to relax in as well.. or sip that afternoon wine. 🍷 Host checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was free to offer advice whenever I needed it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed in the appartment on the top floor. The balkony has an exceptional view (with two very comfortable sunbeds)! The whole appartment was very clean. The bed is very comfortable and wide (180cm). Spacious appartment, high ceilings, clean bathroom, great wi-fi. The staff was great and helpful. Also, there’s a parking space.

Outstanding penthouse apartment with the best veiws of kotor bay, amzing sunsets, I sat for hours admiring this veiw watching the cruise ships sail in and out the bay... So very quiet and relaxing.. Magical.....

Quiet private location in a small fishing village on Kotor bay. The house was very clean and spacious. The swimming pool was heated which was amazing as we didn’t have the best weather. The house is very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. They also gave us helpful tips for locations and activities in the area. They have created a beautiful and comfortable hotel for relaxing in the middle of nature and close enough to the lovely small town and beach of Rose. Breakfast is home made and recommended!
