The food was amazing, the best steak i ever had in my life, the viewpoint tower to watch beautiful sunset, all staff so friendly, kind and helpful. Magical atmosphere ✨️ I felt like in a different world in this beautiful, special, quiet, unique hotel. Everything is so organised, planned to detail. Thank you for this magical experience ✨️ 💛

When you enter through a small door, prepare yourself to be transported to another place and time. In this innovative Hotel-Museum-Spa, every traveler will enjoy a comfortable stay. The reception staff was very accommodating. Room was incredible. Restaurant staff and food very good!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, close proximity to everything, we never took any taxis and just walked to town every evening. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, quick response to special requests. The only downside was the bar and very limited selection of drinks.

We couldn't speak Spanish and the staff were extremely accommodating. They set up a WhatsApp group which makes everything extra smooth. The staff were helpful in booking taxis (and translating our needs for various stops to the drivers). Highly recommend availing of the kayaks (free) and jet ski to see more of the lagoon. We walked along a lot of the lagoon and visually seemed to be by far the best location to stay.

The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork.
