We loved our stay here for 3 nights! It was our anniversary and I just proposed to my girlfriend so we treated ourselves to this hotel. It was so worth it! The staff were so accommodating especially the receptionist Deepa she was so polite, helpful and spoke great English. She was very understanding with our special occasion and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Super Deluxe room. The bed so unbelievably comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. I’ve traveled around the world so I can honestly say this is highly recommended. Great room, powerful hot shower, nice high class touches. The buffet breakfast was really good, it had a good variety and changed slightly each day. You can also ask the chefs for different style cooked eggs. Great atmosphere with the courtyard and the bar. A great place.

The staff was extraordinary. Milan, the front desk manager was a wonderful host. His entire team like Iron and others, did a brilliant job to make our stay a wonderful experience. The team did not leave any stone unturned to make sure that we were well fed and rested, as we were out in the forest, everyday. Raj, the naturalist, is a gem. He made sure that our trips into the forest were bespoke experiences, based on our interests. He was amazing. The food and the chef at Aikawa are extraordinary

Their kindness, attention to detail, and warm service created a truly memorable experience for us. We felt genuinely cared for, and it made our stay even more meaningful. Beyond that, the hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to start the day right. Plus, the location is ideal—close to the main attractions yet peaceful enough to unwind.
