We were hosted flawlessly, and the level of service provided by the staff, particularly Khushbu, Samjhana, Manoj, Rupesh, and Ronish, was outstanding and deserves special recognition. They are all exemplary members of the team. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Kathmandu. A major highlight was the magnificent heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi on the rooftop, offering stunning, breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Furthermore, the entire property is impeccably clean and polished. The rooms are large and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

We love the size of our room and the comfy beds. The staff are very kind. The breakfast buffet is good also. The room smells nice when we entered. Definitely a worthy place to place to stay in Kathmandu.

His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.
