Panama has always been the key to unlocking new lands. We are the bridge between north and south. We are the channel between east and west. We are the current between new and old. Stunning property and exceptionally clean, wonderful friendly staff who went out of their way to help! Erick at the beach club and Carlos at the restaurant were exceptional! Every person working at Buenaventura felt like a friend and were so kind and I can’t imagine any complaints about this hotel or staff!!! The hotel was very quiet right after the protests, so can’t imagine how difficult it is to deliver such quality when the workers are still working to move back to the area, but every meal was exceptional and every staff member was fantastic. We loved the choice for restaurants, pools, even great room service. The hotel shuttle took us many places and the amenities in the Buenaventura community were wonderful. The zoo was incredible! We expected only a few animals but it had so much! The onsite deli/coffee bar/ grocery and convenience store were great. The food was very reasonably priced. We traveled with a 6 and a 14 year old and will be back!!

Tony helped with everything I asked and even everything I didn’t! His parents are fabulous and warm! Tony and his father played at night in the restaurant- such a pleasure 💜The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was terrific! The beach that is just opposite to the place was so relaxed and beautiful! Was a perfect stay. planned to stay for one night and ended up staying for two. If I could I would stay even more! Extremely recommended ☄️

Wonderful areas close by to explore, cooler mountain villages only an hour away. Property had everything you could need for a long or short stay. Really comfortable and spacious, we felt there was nothing missing in this apartment. Communication with host was brilliant and host provided a great list of information about the local area prior to our arrival.
