The hotel & amenities were lovely, the staff were polite & helpful, the food was delicious, the spa services (massages) were top shelf, our room overlooked the river & it was beautiful with a comfy bed & awesome pillows (yes pillows - 2 each with different firmness, made for wonderful sleeps), and the grounds were beautiful … it was truly all amazing.

Le Meridien Chiang Rai Resort is surrounded by mountains, historic temples and hill tribe villages. Staff was kind and professional, promptly responded to any problem that could arise.

Breakfast was good. Free shuttle service to night markets was well organized and appreciated. Definitely use this hotel again.

What a wonderful resort! We had a Family Room and Mountain Cottage. Views from the rooms, breakfast, dinner, and everywhere we amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, including airport pickup and a one day tour of the Doi Tung area by van. They even took us to the Hill Tribes coffee shop (same owner) about 15 minutes away which had more wonderful views. Excellent food, varied menu, plenty to do. A perfectly quiet and relaxing get-away with immersion in nature but very comfortable.
